I had an amazing time at this cozy apartment near the sea. The location was perfect, with plenty of cafes, restaurants, and shops nearby. The living area was spacious and beautifully decorated, giving it a true Brighton vibe. The shower was fantastic, providing plenty of hot water for a refreshing experience. I also appreciated the convenience of having a washing machine with a tumble dryer, making it easy to take care of laundry. Plus, the host was friendly and responsive, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable stay.
The only minor downsides were that the mattress was a bit uncomfortable and the front door to the apartment block didn't close properly, which made me feel slightly uneasy. However, these were just small issues that didn't significantly impact my overall experience.

Amazing location in the heart of the city, just a stroll away from the pier and beaches. The flat was clean, tidy, and well-equipped with everything we needed. Despite being in a busy area, the layout ensured a quiet and peaceful bedroom.
The bed was a bit uncomfortable and could use a more substantial replacement. , having a small table and chairs in the living area to eat off would be a great addition.

I got great value for my money with this hotel. The room was amazing, clean, and exactly what I expected from a typical Brighton flat. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the sea and shops. The host was super friendly and always responsive.
One thing that could make the breakfast better is to add a wider variety of options to the menu.

I recently stayed at a lovely apartment in a great location. The building itself was beautiful, with big windows and high ceilings. It was only a short walk to the sea and there were plenty of independent shops and eateries along the road. The apartment had lots of character and was spacious, with a modern kitchen and a lovely lounge area. The shower was also modern and powerful. Highly recommended!
Can't recommend highly enough this hotel.

Had a great xmas stay! Loved the spacious and bright apartment with beautiful high ceilings. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the sea and surrounded by lovely independent shops and eateries. The bed was comfortable and we slept well. The kitchen was well equipped and we enjoyed having a cup of tea with the supplied tea and coffee.
The apartment could use some maintenance and attention. There were some bulbs that needed replacing and the bathroom window was covered with a plastic board, which didn't let in any light and allowed noise from the busy road.
